Elizabeth Brown from The Livestock and Meat Commission for Northern Ireland (LMC) completed a cookery demonstration for our Year 12 GCSE Home Economics Food and Nutrition pupils. She highlighted nutritional benefits of beef and lamb, food safety, food hygiene, quality assurance, provenance and cooking methods. Our pupils thoroughly enjoyed this demonstration, especially the sampling of lamb tikka masala and hoisin beef stir fry.
