St Mary’s High School has been working closely with Tony Madden (Regional Co-Ordinator of Career Ready) to implement the education to industry mentoring programme which links education with business to help prepare young people for the world of work. We are delighted to have eight local business representatives from a range of industrial sectors willing to invest their time in this mentoring opportunity. Pictured are industry representatives and mentors Grainne McCoy (Give Us Beauty), Emma Turley (CRASH Services), Shauna Slevin (Norbrook), Siobhan Walsh (Siobhan Walsh Consultancy), Paul Welsh (Newry Reporter), Brian McLeod (Cloud 9 Cafe) and Kate Rooney
(The OnLegs Agency).
Many thanks to all the businesses supporting our students in this mentoring programme.
