As part of GCSE Learning for Life and Work, Year 12 are researching the work of the Police Ombudsman in Northern Ireland. On Thursday 4th October, we welcomed Maria McCourt and Alison Tumilty from the Police Ombudsman’s office. Maria and Alison delivered a talk and even brought some police equipment with them. It was a very informative session and will definitely help in completing LLW Controlled Assessment.
