To celebrate 30 years since Roald Dahl’s Matilda was published, pupils were invited to take part in a competition. Pupils had to design a poster to illustrate what Matilda looked like now and her chosen career, or create an invitation to her birthday party. The English Department was really impressed by the many creative and wonderful entries. A massive well done to all entrants. The chosen winners attended a special birthday lunch and enjoyed some birthday cake and treat sweets!
